Performance Measurement

AKT works with its clients to develop outcome based performance measures. Performance measures are indicators that measure the degree of accomplishment of a goal. They must be outcome specific and quantifiable in order to effectively collect and evaluate information about programs and services to determine the impact they have on participants.
